Overview
Following on from a successful phase 1 application, Nuko Planning supported the delivery of a phase 2 extension submitted to the Halton Borough Council in March 2022 (Ref 22/00517/FUL).
Phase 2 application had the added complication of the adjacent Gypsy and traveler site allocation in the adopted local plan. Resulting in extensive negotiations of part of an allocation redesign.
Outcome
As of February 2024 the scheme is currently being determined by the planning inspectorate as an appeal.
