Harry is an RTPI-accredited built environment professional, with experience in town planning, development project management, and politically high-pressured national programme implementation across both the public and private sectors. He is a founding director of NUKO Planning.

Previously, Harry supported the NHS’ in their primary care estates team - leading a multi-million pound capital programme set up to deliver a new generation of Passivhaus health and wellbeing centres - and also supported the NHS’ Healthy New Towns programme, which explored the interface between housing, health, place and community. In summer 2019, the programme published the report ‘Putting Health into Place’ providing technical support and guidance to developers and local authorities alike with the ultimate goal of improving population health outcomes. Previously he gained planning consultancy experience at HTA Design LLP - a London-based, AJ100 multi-disciplinary design practice with a specialism in housing – and a short stint in development project management for the Barnet-based RSL, OpenDoor Homes.
