NUKO Planning has secured planning permission for town-centre, car-free units on one of the main shopping streets in Warrington. '25 Buttermarket Street' was approved in September 2022 and comprises shop-front retail space as well as nine self-contained units and secure, ground floor outside space. The scheme works creatively to accommodate existing town-centre uses and support the wider regeneration of Warrington Town Centre.
