Overview
NUKO Planning secured permission for nine light industrial, mixed-use contemporary units comprising 1997sqm of floorspace at the 'Borders 2 Industrial Estate' in Saltney, Flintshire. Phase one totally 997sqm was granted permission in November 2022. a follow on application for the same size in Winter 2023.
Challenges
The application overcame particular challenges relating to flood risk by working with specialist, local flood risk consultants, Weetwood. Architecture by JPJ Design.
