Harry heads up the technical planning expertise at NUKO Planning.  He has over 6 years’ professional experience working within the built environment, including time spend within Local Planning Authorities, three years’ town planning consultancy experience at AJ 100 multi-disciplinary housing design specialists HTA Design LLP, time spent gaining understanding of practical project delivery with OpenDoor Homes in North London, and a year-long secondment working as an in-house planning advisor to NHS England’s national Health New Towns Programme.

Harry’s varied and unique professional background across both public and private sectors gives him distinctive acumen when navigating the sometimes-convoluted process of the UK Planning system.  He is keen to share with clients his understanding of property economics and practical post-planning matters to effectively deliver on clients’ ambitions for development.


Tom Ryan MRTPI

With over 8 years’ involvement in the property industry, Tom has been a Chartered Town Planner since early 2020. His extensive experience has included strategic land promotion, site appraisal and development feasibility as well as project management for a wide range of clients from national house-builders to independent developers. With a strong skills base built upon both planning policy and development management, Tom is able to apply his experience across a multitude of built environment dimensions.

Primarily retained by NUKO Planning on a freelance basis, Tom provides support to the firm by applying his wide knowledge of the property industry, with particular emphasis on residential schemes as well commercial proposals and change of use developments. Combined with a strong client-focus, Tom is well-versed in the delivery of projects within ambitious, yet realistic, timeframes which deliver client objectives efficiently and successfully.
