NUKO Planning has successfully obtained prior approval on behalf of a private developer for the conversion of a former industrial unit in Warrington into three self-contained homes. We advised on the most streamline route to planning, making sure all units were in accordance with National Space Standards and that each had good access to natural light. A corresponding application for external alterations (including the installation of four new windows) was approved at the same time.
A small and straightforward job for NUKO Planning, but this application makes sustainable use of existing vacant space, and aligns with the Council's agenda to re-populate town-centre Warrington to support its economic growth.
