NUKO Planning supported a client through the pre-application process for a site in Warrington Town Centre.  The constrained site (currently used as a retail unit with flats above and a small car park to the rear) is ripe for town-centre residential development.  NUKO Planning was able to offer the client advise on the appointment of an architect, and tested the planning viability of a car free development with the Council given the central location with good accessibility.  Positive feedback was received from the Council and a planning application is currently in development for submission in spring / summer 2021.
